As you can see I am getting a little carried away. As you know from previous blogs I am not very good at Birthday cakes...so why not jump in with both feet [ok one is hoping not to sink with this activity] but I have decided to make a "doll/fairy" cake for Katelyn's birthday. I have to give some [lots] credit to Cooper's grandmother [Cooper is a friend of Zach's from kinder and his grandmother Ann gave me some very handy tips on how to achieve this with flying colours].
My first task on this doll cake adventure is to get myself a "pudding cake tin" -[you know for the skirt of doll].. i also purchased a "barbie". Unfortunately, my house is not filled with such lovelies....so one did have to go out and buy one!!! Hey there's my pudding tin...well more later...
